Compassion Home Care offers rewarding employment in Eastern, Western and Central Newfoundland. Applications are welcome from RN’s, LPN’s, PCA’s, Home Support Workers and mature men and women such as early retirees, empty nesters, stay at home parents, post secondary students and others. We offer FREE to our employees, a 9-module, government approved, “Home Support Worker Course”. All employees receive a comprehensive orientation to home care, continuous education and client specific training, as needed.
All employees must have a current letter of Conduct with a vulnerable section check and 3 written reference prior to employment. A medical including Immunization records, TD Immunization, TB Immunization and medical from your Doctor will have to be completed within the first few weeks of employment. Also, a current First Aid certificate is also required.
