In 1994, Compassion Home Care began as a small home based business in Mount Pearl, Newfoundland.
The Noel family operated and grew the business into one of Newfoundland and Labrador's largest, most respected Home Care Agencies mainly because of their integrity, work ethic and professional expertise. A government approved, Home Support Worker Training Program was developed by their Nurse Manager and implemented for employees. Continuing education and client/staff safety became a priority goal for Compassion Home Care.
